ABOUT REAMIDS
Reamids exists to make business systems easier to work with.
Businesses rarely struggle because they do not have enough software.
More often, the website, forms, CRM, inboxes and other tools are doing separate jobs while people carry information between them manually.
Reamids works on those connections.
We design websites, CRM systems and automation around how information should enter the business, where it should go and what needs to happen next.

WHY REAMIDS
The difficult part is often what happens between the tools.
A website can collect an enquiry.
A CRM can store the contact.
An email platform can send a message.
A booking system can schedule an appointment.
But none of those tools automatically creates a good business process.
Someone still has to decide where information belongs, who owns the next step, what should happen automatically and where a person needs to stay involved.
Reamids exists to design that movement of work, not simply install another piece of software.

THE PRACTICE
Three service areas. One connected way of thinking.
Reamids works across three parts of the digital system because those parts often affect one another.
01
WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Create the interaction layer.
Websites should help people understand the business, take the right action and move into the next part of the process.
02
CRM & BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Create the operational layer.
CRM should make records, ownership, status and next steps easier to understand and manage.
03
AUTOMATION & INTEGRATIONS
Move predictable work forward.
Automation connects repeatable steps while keeping people involved where judgment, review or exceptions matter.
FOUNDER / REAMIDS
Close enough to the work to understand how the pieces connect.
I’m Oluwafemi Oluwatobi, founder of Reamids.
My work sits at the point where websites, business systems and day-to-day operations meet. I’ve worked across website design and development, CRM implementation, forms, email systems and workflow automation, often finding that the real problem is not one tool but what happens between them.
That experience is what shaped Reamids. A website project can reveal a follow-up problem. A CRM can expose unclear ownership. A form can create another manual process behind the scenes. I became more interested in solving those connections than simply delivering isolated pieces of software.
Today, I lead Reamids with a process-first approach: understand how the work moves, decide what should stay human, and then build or connect the technology around it.

HOW WE THINK
A few principles guide the work.
01
START WITH THE PROCESS
Technology should respond to how the business needs to work.
We first understand the people, information, decisions and handoffs involved.
02
INFORMATION SHOULD ENTER ONCE
Repeatedly copying the same information between systems usually signals that the process can be improved.
The goal is to move information deliberately rather than recreate it manually.
03
AUTOMATE THE PREDICTABLE
Known rules belong in reliable workflows.
Judgment, sensitive decisions and exceptions should stay visible to people.
04
BUILD FOR THE NEXT PERSON
A system should not only make sense to the person who created it.
Ownership, status, documentation and next actions should be clear enough for the business to keep operating as it grows.
TOOL-AGNOSTIC
The software is a decision, not the starting point.
Different businesses need different combinations of tools.
Sometimes the right answer is to improve what already exists.
Sometimes two systems need to be connected.
Sometimes a CRM needs restructuring.
Sometimes a repetitive process should be automated.
And sometimes the best decision is to leave a human step exactly where it is.
KEEP
The current system is doing its job.
CONNECT
The systems work, but information is trapped between them.
REBUILD
The tool is suitable, but the process or configuration is not.
REPLACE
The current platform is creating a genuine operational constraint.
The technology follows the requirement.
WHAT WORKING TOGETHER LOOKS LIKE
Small enough to stay close to the work. Structured enough to make the work clear.
Reamids currently works as a founder-led practice, which means strategy, system thinking and implementation stay closely connected.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
DIRECT COMMUNICATION
You are not passed through layers of account management before reaching the person working on the system.
CLEAR SCOPE
We define what is being solved, what belongs in the project and what does not.
VISIBLE DECISIONS
Important assumptions and process decisions should be understandable rather than hidden inside the software.
